Who we are

We are a locally operated water, fire, and mold cleanup service built around one idea: when water, fire, or mold hits a Brooklyn home or building, someone should pick up the phone and give you a straight answer. Brooklyn's housing stock is not generic. Prewar brownstones, below-grade cellars, garden apartments, and multifamily buildings each hold water and moisture differently than a typical suburban house. Plaster walls, steam heat, old windows, and flat roofs all behave differently once water gets into them. We work in these buildings regularly, and that local knowledge shapes how we approach extraction, drying, and cleanup on every job.

What we do

Our work covers three areas: water damage, fire and smoke damage, and mold. On the water side, that means extraction, structural drying, and cleanup after a burst pipe, a flooded basement, a sewage backup, or storm water. On the fire side, we handle smoke and soot cleanup and the water and debris cleanup that follows a fire, including damage from the fire department's own response. On the mold side, we perform removal and remediation, done by an independent New York State licensed Mold Remediation Contractor.

Two things we do not do, on purpose. First, we do not rebuild, reconstruct, or renovate. Our job ends where the space is extracted, dried, cleaned, and cleared, and we can point you toward a contractor for the rebuild phase when you need one. Second, on mold jobs we do not test, inspect, or assess. New York Labor Law Article 32 requires the assessor and the remediation contractor to be separate licensed parties on jobs of 10 square feet or larger, so when mold needs testing or a written protocol first, you bring in an independent New York State licensed mold assessor of your choosing, and we carry out the removal their report calls for.

How we work with insurance

Most water and fire claims come down to documentation. We photograph and document the damage as we find it and as we work, so you and your adjuster have a clear record of what happened and what it took to clean up. We are not your insurance company and we do not make coverage decisions. Your carrier reviews your policy and makes the final call on what is covered, but a well-documented job gives you the strongest starting point for that conversation.
